Customized Logistics Cost and Service Benchmarks - How Does Your Company Compare?

Establish has a 30 year history of logistics cost and service benchmarking. We provide benchmarks by functional areas (transportation, warehousing, customer service/order entry, inventory carrying and administration) against industry standards at five different LEVELS of focus. Each of these comparisons provides valuable perspective and understanding of why your company's characteristics may be different from the characteristics of the industry.

LEVEL I - INITIAL COMPARISON

The study will provide you with an apples-to-apples comparison against general industry characteristics in five functional areas (transportation, warehousing, customer service/order entry, inventory carrying and administration).
