We are comfortable working in all the supply chain functions: procurement/provisioning, inventory planning/forecasting, manufacturing distribution, warehousing, transportation and customer service and we can work at both the strategic level and the tactical level. We also have implementation capabilities and frequently lead or guide the implementation of our recommendations.
