Establish AB acquires ELC Finland OY

Establish, Scandinavia’s largest Supply Chain Management consultancy, broadens its offering and strengthens its geographic presence with the acquisition of ELC Finland OY, the leading Supply Chain Management consultancy in Finland.

ELC Finland OY is a consulting company that provides strategic research and logistics solutions. Clients are mainly larger global companies with established operations in Finland, Russia, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Establish AB is Scandinavia’s leading Supply Chain Management consultancy. The company has offices in New York, Shanghai, Lausanne, Stockholm, Helsingborg and Malmö. Establish is part of the United Logistics Group, a service company that specializes in supply chain strategy and offers consulting, IT and operational logistics.

After the acquisition, ELC Finland OY will change its name to Establish OY.
