Supply Chain Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to lead supply chain planning-related initiatives, with a primary focus on implementing supply chain optimization software, such as RELEX Solutions. This role will work closely with clients, software vendors, and internal teams to deliver complex projects on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a solid understanding of supply chain planning processes and enterprise software implementations.

Typical Job Responsibilities Include:
The main job responsibility is working directly with clients, software vendors, and internal project teams to successfully deliver supply chain planning and optimization projects by:
Owning end-to-end project management for supply chain planning and optimization software implementations (e.g., RELEX), from project kickoff through go-live and stabilization. This includes scope, budget, quality, and customer outcomes, ensuring project success and financial performance.
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
Managing scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, and external vendors, and ensuring everyone is informed.
Leading project governance, status meetings, executive updates, and steering committee communications.
Ensuring alignment between business requirements, solution design, system configuration, and implementation outcomes.
Supporting requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
Tracking and communicating project progress, risks, and mitigation plans in a clear and structured manner.
Helping define and measure project success criteria, benefits realization, and post-implementation performance.
Managing expectations for the client and internal delivery teams, synthesizing different points of view and incorporating other people's ideas into an active project plan.
Other responsibilities may include:
Contributing to continuous improvement of internal project delivery methodologies, templates, and best practices.
Maintaining client relationships to get feedback on project success and identify additional business development opportunities.
The Candidate We’re Looking for:
Is a graduate of a top university with a degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related fields.
Has around 5 years of experience in project management, supply chain planning, or enterprise software implementations, preferably in a consulting or client-facing environment.
Is proficient in the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Is proficient with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
Has strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously. Can keep budgets, staffing and timeline under control.
Has strong communication and presentation skills and is comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior business leaders.
Is proactive, self-directed, and able to operate effectively in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
Possesses a solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts such as demand forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and assortment planning.
Has a willingness to travel as needed based on project requirements (estimated 25%).
In Addition, We Would Prefer Candidates with the Following:
Direct experience implementing RELEX Solutions or something similar (forecasting, replenishment, allocation, or inventory optimization modules).
Experience working with retailers, wholesalers, or consumer goods organizations.
Familiarity with data integration concepts, master data management, and ERP systems.
Prior consulting experience managing client engagements.
Experience working in or closely with supply chain planning teams.
